| Air conditioning hire for computer room & industrial applications – These air conditioning units are chosen for their powerful cooling output, continuous operation, long exhaust hose capability and spot cooling facility. Where condensate pumps are needed we fit them to eliminate the need to empty the water tank. These powerful units have larger air flows from bigger fans which makes them too noisy for office use where staff may be at their desks nearby. Water cooled split units |

| These water cooled split units are particularly useful where the room to be cooled does not have ready access to a window nearby for the purpose of exhausting the heat to outside. The 35mt long connection between inside and outside units allows more installation options. The connecting hose is approximately 50mm diameter and flexible. It carries water flow and return power and condensate. Alternative arrangements for continuous disposal of condensate include a condensate pump option. We will advise on suitability for your application and complete the installation for you to ensure that it operates effectively and efficiently. |

| Delivery and collection of units is charged at £10/unit each way with a minimum charge of £40. This cost includes for setting up the unit, instructing on it's use and providing any other fittings needed for a good installation. If, in exceptional circumstances, there are any additional installation costs, these will be discussed and shown on the hire agreement. | ||
